How to open your e-book

1. Download the file

When your payment has gone through, you will receive an email containing a download link. The link is valid for [X days] and can be used [X times]. Download the file to the device you want to read on and save it somewhere you will find it again, such as your Downloads or Documents folder.

2. Install an application that supports EPUB

The e-book is delivered as an EPUB file. To open it, you need a reading application that supports the format. We recommend:

3. Open the book

Double-click the downloaded file and select the reading application that you want to open the file with, or open your reading application and import the file.

The book is added to your library and can be read offline.

How do I buy the book? Click on the button “Buy E-book”. You will receive a payment link, and once payment has been received we email you the file within 24 hours.

Which VAT rate applies? Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT of 6 % is added at checkout.

Can I pay by invoice? The e-book is paid by card. If you need to purchase against an invoice, please contact [email address].

How do I get the member price? [Member companies receive a discount code from SVEFF. Enter the code at checkout.]

Can I cancel my purchase? Digital content is delivered immediately. At checkout you agree that delivery begins straight away, and the right of withdrawal ends at that point.

Can I read the book on more than one device? Yes. The licence covers one user, who may read the book on their own devices. The file may not be shared, forwarded, or uploaded to an intranet or shared folder.

Can I print the book?

I already bought the printed book, can I get the e-book at a reduced price? [Ta ställning.]

Is the content the same as in the printed book? Yes. The two editions contain the same text.
